Market surged to a fresh two-month high on Thursday as political stability encouraged investors to take up positions. The impending announcement on new Cabinet lineup scheduled for 11am today would further lend support to the market despite overbought situation after a run-up of more than 100-points from the low achieved early this month.

Plan A : Remain buy as long as market trades firmly above 1577. Targets are 1599 and 1607.5.

Plan B : Consider short only if market surges but fails to breach above 1599.5. Targets are 1585.5 and 1577.

FCPO flattened today, remain to stay within 4300-4400 range. Dalian closed -74 at 8266 while soybean oil traded -1.00 at 59.03. Ringgit strengthen against the greenback at RM4.18.
