U.S. stocks ended higher on Wednesday and the S&P 500 and Nasdaq notched record closing highs after minutes from the last Federal Reserve meeting indicated officials may not be ready yet to move on tightening policy.

HSI

Hong Kong shares ended lower for the seventh straight session on Wednesday to their lowest close in nearly two months, as internet firms led losses after Beijing stepped up supervision of overseas-listed companies on data security.

Plan A : Attempt long if market trades firmly above 27879. Targets are 28021 and 28110.

WTI Crude

Oil prices fell more than $1 a barrel on Wednesday in another see-saw trading session, as investors feared this week's collapse in OPEC+ talks could mean more supply, not less, is on the way.

Plan A : Remain short as long as oil price stays below 72.8. Targets are 71.9 and 71.1.

Plan B : Consider long only if oil price able to hold firm above 71.9 and rebound. Targets are 72.5 and 72.8.



Gold

Gold firmed above $1,800 an ounce on Wednesday as U.S. Treasury yields declined after minutes from Federal Reserve's June meeting showed officials felt its 'substantial progress' goal on economic recovery has not yet been met.

Plan A : Remain buy as long as gold price stays firm above 1794.8. Targets are 1810 and 1823.4.
