HSI Futures

Wall Street ended mixed on Monday after a rally in Allergan Plc and other healthcare companies offset a decline in energy shares.

Hong Kong shares were firm on Monday, despite a second consecutive tumble in mainland stocks, as strength in many Asian markets and higher oil prices bolstered investor appetites. Focus will turn to China CPI data due to be released today.

Plan A : Above 20363, do nothing
Plan B : Below 19893, do nothing
Plan C : Attempt buying if market holds firm above 20181
Plan D : Cut below 20050
Plan E : Consider selling if market gap up but fails to break above 20363
Plan F : Cut above 20461 


FKLI

FKLI broke below 1629 level yesterday, which was meant to be a strong support. FKLI was seen facing continuously selling pressure despite firm regional markets yesterday. Selling mode is expected to continue today with buyers starting to feel uneasy.

Plan A : Sell on rebound, possibly around the 1629-1632 level
Plan B : Cut above 1637
Plan C : No buying to be attempted for the moment
Plan D : Next support levels 1617/1608/1598



FCPO

FCPO flattened yesterday with minimal intraday range. Dalian and soybean oil are rather weak today while Ringgit further weakened against the U.S. Dollar at RM4.05.

Plan A : Sell if market resisted around 2674. Targets are 2658, 2650 and 2642.
