HSI Futures

The major averages ended down more than 3.5% while Dow closed down more than 1% as U.S. Stocks pressurized by the slump in the oil prices and also the soft report on the health of consumer.

Hang Seng has been wandering around the consolidation range after the recent upside in October. Today it is likely to show a breakthrough as the weak major averages may induce the gap down in Hang Seng market in the early morning. However, it is not advisable to chase selling if market nailed far beyond the tradable range.


Plan A : Sell if market rebounded and resist at 22319. Targets are 21892, 21383 and 21041.
Plan B : Buyer stay out.
Plan C : Above 22300, do nothing.
Plan D : Below 22000, do nothing.


FKLI

Market is already on its sell trend since last week, however, the intraday buying power has been quite persistent. Downside of the market is triggered by the gaps from the weak regional markets. Therefore, seller may need to be patient.

Plan A : Sell if market rebound and resisted at 1642 or 1646.5. Targets are 1616.5 and 1604.5
Plan B : Buyer may stay out unless market could support above 1642. Targets are 1654.
Plan C : Above 1654, do nothing.
Plan D : Below 1630, do nothing.


FCPO

After a long consolidation from end of October 'till date, market finally showed its way to head down South. Dalian and overnight soybean oil are weak whilst Ringgit further flushed to RM4.39 this morning. However, trader need to take note that today is the switch month while February premium prices may need some time to be adjusted . Plan is based on February month.  

Plan A : Overnight seller hold on to position. Resistance is looking at 2351. Target are 2260, 2156 and 2143.
Plan B : Sell if market could resist at 2351 or 2328. Targets are 2292, 2278 and 2260.
Plan C : Above 2350, do nothing.
Plan D : Below 2290, do nothing.
