HSI Futures

Wall Street suffered its worst session in over a month on Thursday as lower commodity prices weighed on energy and materials stocks and comments by a Federal Reserve policymaker hinted at an approaching interest-rate hike.

Hong Kong shares posted their best performance in five weeks on Thursday, as strong financials, telecommunications and information technology firms led stocks higher.

Plan A : 22669-23096, do nothing
Plan B : Below 22669, liquidate
Plan C : Above 23096, consider taking profits if it could not sustain
Plan D : Consider intraday selling if market stays below 22933
Plan E : Cut below 23096


FKLI

Market continued losing steams yesterday after failing to hold above 1655 level for the close. Higher to sell strategy could be the best trading technique now, given that market sentiment being spooked and dampened by the prospect of U.S. Federal Reserve raising rates next month. 

Plan A : Attempt selling around 1660-1661 level if market were to rebound
Plan B : Cut above 1666
Plan C : No buying to be attempted for the time being
Plan D : Next support level seen at 1646 and 1635

CPO

FCPO consolidated on Thursday without much surprises. However, investor need to take note that Monday will be switch month and prices for next month is way premium from the January month contract. Dalian and soybean oil are mixed today while Ringgit further weaken to RM4.38 against the US Dollar.

Plan A : Overnight seller may exit today. Resistance is 2354. Targets are 2323, 2310 and 2303.
Plan B : Buy if market support above 2323. Targets are 2354 and 2372.
Plan C : Sell if market gap-up and resist at 2354. Target is 2323 and 2310. Only do during opening.
Plan D : Above 2360, do nothing.
Plan E : Below 2320, do nothing.
