FKLI

Politically instability caused FKLI trading at a huge discount to cash market after rumors of crucial Umno supreme council meeting was held at Putrajaya yesterday. Market must regain its footing above 1801.5 today if it were to decouple itself from bear sentiment. Failure to hold above 1785 would be a nightmare to the hopeful bulls.

Plan A : Attempt selling if market rebounds but fails to break above 1804.5
Plan B : Cut above 1810
Plan C : Consider intraday long if market test 1785 and rebounds
Plan D : Cut below 1785

FCPO

FCPO flattened for almost the whole day until a surge at the eleventh hour. Today it might come back to the tip of the consolidation range and decide its direction. Dalian and soybean oil are slightly mixed while Ringgit further weakened to RM 3.62 against the US Dollar.

Plan A : Intraday investor and fresh seller may sell if the resistance at 2204 and 2222 is not breached. Only sell if market start to exhaust. Do not rush into trading. Place a stop. Target is 2167 and 2102.
Plan B : Buyer may stay out of market. Stay tune to http://klse.i3investor.com/servlets/forum/901704783.jsp as intraday investor might have a chance if market stabilize.
Plan C : Above 2230, do nothing.
Plan D : Below 2180, do nothing.
