HSI Futures

The Dow and the S&P 500 both ended at new highs on Thursday after the European Central Bank cut rates to record lows and pledged to do more if needed to fight off the risk of deflation.

Hong Kong's main share index was dragged lower on Thursday by heavyweights Tencent and HSBC Holdings, though H-shares rose slightly lifted by auto and insurance companies. Korea market is closed today for Memorial Day celebration.

Plan A : Above 23135, do nothing
Plan B : Below 22883, do nothing
Plan C : Consider selling if market gaps up but fails to break above 23135
Plan D : Cut above 23160
Plan E : Attempt buying if market holds firm above 22883 and triggers a buy
Plan F : Cut below 22883


FKLI

Market took a sudden plunge to 1857 before settling at 1867 yesterday. Although market did rebound, sentiment of it did got dampened and market look less likely to rally from here despite overnight gains in Dow.

Plan A : Attempt selling between 1870-1873
Plan B : Cut above 1876.5
Plan C : Buying can only be considered if market stubbornly holds above 1858.5
Plan D : Cut below 1853


FCPO


FCPO gap up to high of 2449 during morning session and it quickly retrieve soon after the opening. Market does not show symptom of a trend yet, however, closing at 2417 has given a buy signal at the eleventh hour. Scenario might change due to the weakness in regional competitive substituents. 

Plan A : Overnight buyer could hold on to position unless market breached 2396. Profit target is looking at 2502 and 2545.
Plan B : Intraday investor may range trade within 2375 and 2434.
Plan C : Above 2440, do nothing.
Plan D : Below 2360, do nothing.
