HSI Futures

The S&P 500 ended at a record for the fourth time in five sessions on Wednesday, led by gains in the technology sector, as investors brushed off weaker-than-expected labor market data and focused on an acceleration in services-sector growth.

Hong Kong's main stock index slipped from a five-month high on Wednesday, hit by a slumping property sector as investors sold off the shares of developers after recent strong gains. ECB meeting will be the key focus for global markets today amid expectations for stimulus measures to boost economic growth in the euro zone. Traders are bracing for interest rate cuts, cheap loans to banks or even a Federal Reserve-style asset purchase program. 

Plan A : Above 23238, do nothing
Plan B : Below 22924, do nothing
Plan C : Consider selling if market gaps up but fails to break above 23238
Plan D : Cut above 23238
Plan E : Attempt buying if market stubbornly holds above 22924 and triggers a buy
Plan F : Cut below 22924


FKLI

Market showed some weakness yesterday but still managed to hold above 1864. It will be important for market to regain footing above 1870 if it were to avoid more selling pressure for the rest of the week

Plan A : Attempt buying if market holds firm above 1864
Plan B : Cut below 1858.5
Plan C : Consider selling if market rebounds but fails to break above 1873
Plan D : Cut above 1876.5


FCPO

FCPO stabilized yesterday and continue to move upwards after breaking the resistance at 2413. Overnight soybean was up quite tremendously which may result in a gap up during the opening hour.

Plan A : Overnight buyer may hold on to position. Support is looking at 2396. Profit target is looking at 2502 and 2545.
Plan B : Intraday investor could try to sell if 2451 is not breached. Profit target is looking at 2425.
Plan C : Fresh buyer may buy if market corrected and support above 2425. Do not chase buying if market traded too far from support. Intraday profit target is 2476. May hold overnight if market close above 2430's level.
Plan D : Above 2480, do nothing.
Plan E : Below 2390, do nothing.
