FKLI rallied yesterday in anticipation of a good Budget 2021 which is scheduled to be tabled today at 4pm Malaysian time. Market triggered a buy signal and could potentially start a new bull if market were to support well today.

Plan A : Remain buy as long as market supported firmly above 1496.5. Targets are 1510.5 and 1526. Exit below 1487.5.

Plan B : Consider short only if market surges but fails to hold firm above 1511.5. Targets are 1506 and 1500. Exit above 1515.

FCPO

FCPO opened high this morning to 3262 following the strong rebound from the overnight soybean oil. However, the prices later depressed over the lunch session below 3200-mark.  Dalian closed +88 at 6524 while soybean oil -0.07 at 35.40. Ringgit strengthen against the greenback at RM4.13.

Afternoon Plan

Plan A : Long if market supported firm above 3212. Targets are 3231 and 3252.

Plan B : Short if market failed to support above 3212. Targets are 3193 and 3175.
