Wall Street ended slightly lower on Wednesday after the U.S. Federal Reserve held interest rates unchanged following its two-day policy meeting and investors digested another heavy round of earnings reports.
Hong Kong stocks followed Asian shares higher on Tuesday, as optimism over strong tech industry earnings and receding concerns over North Korea offset softer-than-expected factory surveys in China and the United States. Hong Kong will resume trading today after shut for Birthday of Buddha yesterday while Japan remain shut for the week.
