HSI Futures

U.S. stocks ended a volatile session with modest gains on Wednesday after minutes from a U.S. Federal Reserve meeting indicated that the central bank remained on track for a interest rate hike this year.

Chinese investors, for the first time, used the entire 10.5 billion yuan ($1.7 billion) daily quota in a cross-border programme buying Hong Kong stocks, boosting turnover under the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect to a record. The buying boosted the Hang Seng Index 3.8 percent to its highest level in nearly seven years. The Hang Seng China Enterprises Index of Hong Kong-listed mainland companies was up 5.8 percent for the day, hitting a four-year high.

Plan A : Above 26293, do nothing
Plan B : Below 25947, do nothing
Plan C : Attempt selling if market fails to break above 26293 and retrace below 26200
Plan D : Cut above 26293
Plan E : Consider buying only after corrects and consolidates well, possibly around 25947
Plan F : Cut below 25859


FKLI

Malaysia market went through some correction yesterday despite firmer regional markets. Market is still deemed to be firm as long as market stays firm above 1840.

Plan A : Take opportunity to go long if market were to further correct and hold firm above 1840 today
Plan B : Cut below 1832
Plan C : Intraday selling to be considered if market were to rebound but fails to surge beyond 1852.5
Plan D : Cut above 1855


FCPO

FCPO failed to hold on to an uptrend and eventually headed down South yesterday. Dalian and soybean oil are down while Ringgit strengthen slightly at RM 3.62 against the US Dollar.

Plan A : Overnight seller hold on to position. Resistance is looking at 2193. Target is 2143 and 2104.
Plan B : Buyer may stay out today.
Plan C : Intraday investor may sell at rebound. Resistance is looking at 2174 and 2184. target is looking at 2143 and 2128.
Plan D : Above 2190, do nothing.
Plan E : Below 2150, do nothing.
