HSI Futures

Wall Street's holiday-shortened session ended with multiple records on Thursday, with the Dow topping 17,000 for the first time after the June jobs report came in much stronger than expected.

Hong Kong's benchmark index slipped on Thursday but stayed close to a near seven-month peak as some investors took profit on strong gains the previous day.

Plan A : 23384-23758, do nothing
Plan B : Below 23384, cut
Plan C  : Above 23758, consider taking profits first if it retrace after a higher opening
Plan D : Consider turning sell only if market fails to break above 23671 and triggers a sell
Plan E : Cut above 23671

FKLI

Market firmed up and surged yesterday, closing at 1894.5. Market look all set for a rally from here after being supported well above 1888.

Plan A : 1887-1916.5, do nothing
Plan B : Below 1887, cut
Plan C : Above 1916.5, consider taking profit if market surge fiercely but could not hold firm
Plan D : Intraday selling to be considered only if market fails to break above 1902
Plan E : Cut above 1905


FCPO

FCPO successfully defended above 2409 and surged towards last minute yesterday. Another day of firm close will be what buyers have been craving for. Any firm close above 2442 might spell trouble to the sellers

Plan A : 2412-2459, do nothing
Plan B : Below 2412 , cut
Plan C : Above 2459, consider taking profits first if it retrace
Plan D : Consider intraday sell if market fails to break above 2442
Plan E : Cut above 2459
