HSI

Hong Kong shares inched higher on Friday, driven by gains in tech heavyweights although e-commerce giant Alibaba retreated after its Singles Day sales grew at the slowest pace ever.

Plan A : Attempt long if market trades firmly above 25174. Targets are 25587 and 25705.

WTI Crude

Oil prices fell on Friday, wiping out gains from the previous session, on worries that the U.S. Federal Reserve will accelerate plans to boost interest rates to tame inflation.

Plan A : Remain sell as long as oil price stays below 81.7. Targets are 80.8 and 79.8.

Gold

Gold prices rose on Friday and were on track to post their best week in six months, with bullion's appeal as an inflation hedge burnished by a surge in U.S. consumer prices.
