FKLI was visibly weak on Monday, with glove manufacturers counters taking the lead down. With a long Chinese New Year weekend looming, market likely to be quiet as investors stay cautious.

Plan A : Attempt buy if market trades firmly above 1571 and rebound. Targets are 1581 and 1589.

Plan B : Consider short only if market surges but fails to breach above 1581. Targets are 1576 and 1571.

FCPO

FCPO surged to 3500-mark not long after opening and continue to climb higher to 3581. Dalian closed +266 at 6904 while soybean oil traded +0.70 at 46.33. Ringgit stays at RM4.05 against the greenback.

Afternoon Plan

Plan A : Long if market retraced but supported firm above 3532. Targets are 3553 and 3575. 

Plan B : Short only if market failed to support above 3532. Targets are 3510 and 3485.
