HSI Futures

U.S. stocks ended down on Tuesday but well off the day's lows, as worries about geopolitical risks dampened investor sentiment.

Hong Kong stocks closed at a four-week low on Tuesday geopolitical tensions involving North Korea and the Middle East hurt risk appetites.

FKLI recovered throughout whole afternoon yesterday after successfully defended its holding above 1734. With geopolitical risk still ongoing, market is expected to open lower today but will remain in consolidation stage if FKLI once again hold above 1734.

Plan A : Attempt buying if market holds firm above 1734 and rebound
Plan B : Cut below 1728
Plan C : Consider selling if market rebounds but fails to breach above 1742

FCPO

FCPO tumbled below 2600 in the morning but market found its support and initiated a rebound back to 2630 on Tuesday. Dalian and soybean oil are slightly up while Ringgit stays at RM4.43 against the greenback.
